You've had them, I've had them and hopefully you delete them. I'm talking about those scamming letters from some African dictatorship country pleading for assistance to liberate Millions of dollars from the country. What do you get from it - a percentage (normally about 10%) of the funds. Sounds too good to be true ? Well it is - wake up and smell the coffee.

Total amount of money I've been offered so far is £ 173,562,783 - As you can see I'm not relaxing on a beach in the Maldives, I still have to work- so it really is a scam.

If you've came across this site from a link on a web search engine as you're concerned about what dealings to have with the company or person you're looking for. Fear not - it's a scam - DO NOT send them any money. DO NOT give them any of your personal details. If you've done that already I suggest that you contact your local police station and advise them at the earliest opportunity.

Background on the scams

I've setup a domain for a fictious company. (www.nanomole.co.uk) who make great products (Thanks to the guy's n Gals over at the OffRoader Rant Page for some of the ideas. The actual thread on the forum where the ideas came from has since been deleted but lets just say that some beer and a worldy outlook assisted in their invention. This "company" is used to provide me with unlimited amount of email names to use to scam the scammers. Who knows, eventually I may get some scam mail in through there as well....

I don't use my real name....The passport scan is fake (Photoshop is a wonderful tool), the image on the passport came out of a magazine I had lying on my desk (so apologies to the guy)and the details are all wrong.....I don't use my real address....
